Nathan, a revered figure in outdoor sports, led the world's most successful adventure racing team. In 2023, he was honored as an Officer of The New Zealand Order of Merit. Besides sports, he excels as a professional outdoor consultant, specialising in team building adventures and sporting events. Nathan is also the founder of the renowned Spring Challenge women's race, with a focus on leadership, logistics, and participant safety.

His journey began in physical education but shifted to outdoor leadership. Alongside Jodie, he co-founded Kiwi Kayaks, a sea kayaking company that received a New Zealand Business Award. Nathan is a highly qualified outdoor instructor and has taught at the prestigious NZ Outward Bound School.

As the founder of Ten Events Ltd., Nathan holds extensive experience organising commercial sporting events and managing contracts. His expertise also extends to reviewing event strategies and the adventure tourism industry.
